Project Scope Definition
Project completed for the construction of a 13,500 m² speculative industrial building. We supervised and managed the project’s construction from its initial design phase to final delivery to the client.
Implemented Solution
This project was carried out within an industrial park in the state of Guanajuato. The building was designed and built to house approximately 4,000 square meters of modules. Services include a fire protection system, plumbing, electrical, lighting, gas, and special systems such as IT and CCTV.
