Project Scope Definition

The project involved expanding a plant to integrate new production and storage lines.

Implemented Solution

We developed a preliminary parametric layout, which served as a solid foundation for:

  • Designing the expansion in an integrated manner, considering the future needs of the plant.
  • Structuring a realistic budget, aligned with the project’s expectations and economic constraints.

We applied a strategic approach to the structural design, which allowed us to:

  • Ensure flexibility and adaptability in the design to facilitate the integration of new production lines, avoiding future limitations.
  • Optimize the arrangement of structural elements, such as the main columns, so they do not interfere with daily operations and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Determine the ideal heights in key areas, maximizing space functionality without incurring unnecessary additional costs.

This approach ensured the project’s objectives were met, delivering an efficient, adaptable expansion within budget.
