Project Scope Definition
The renovation of the third level of a building aimed at optimizing the use of space, improving the existing infrastructure, and adapting it to the client’s new operational needs. The goal was to maximize resources and optimize costs by reusing key facilities, such as electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and connectivity networks.
Implemented Solution
We conducted a detailed survey of the existing facilities to repurpose critical infrastructure, ensuring an efficient transition to the project’s new zoning. Electrical plans, HVAC systems, fire protection, smoke detection, plumbing, and special systems were designed.
The solution enabled a functional, safe, and adaptable remodeling to the client’s needs, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
